NylihsEyes.com has added a prescriptions page (again), and has included available prescriptions and lenses for your information. Accepted payments also includes concealed cash and money orders if needed. Also, if interested in wholesale (10 or more pairs), you may order via pre order / prescriptions lenses.

Terms and Agreement

Geo Medical was founded in Korea in July of 2002. The company's CEO is currently Hwa-Sung Park. They manufacture contact lenses which were primarily used by Asian celebrities. It soon became a popular brand of contacts in Asia, and is becoming more and more popular in America. Though Geo contacts are well known for giving users a doll-like look (by making the pupils appear larger), there are also animation and crazy lenses that range from solid colors, cat eyes, lenses that mimic those from animation series, etc.

General Information

All Geo contacts are KFDA approved and CE approved, but have yet to be FDA approved. Because this is true, all terms and agreements should be read carefully, along with safety information that will be included in every package. This is to keep both the consumer and the seller in agreement to all purchases, warnings, and other safety hazards that may be included with the use of contact lenses.

Safety

Safety information on care and use will be provided with the contacts along with this specific terms and agreement. The information given is especially important if the user has never previously worn contact lenses.

Liability

The seller, from whom the contact lens user has bought the lenses, is not liable for any wrong-doings, which includes, but is not limited to: the manufacturing of the lenses (manufacturer's defect), the cleaning (or lack of) contact lenses and any other safety precautions required for the care and use of contact lenses, shipping damage or any shipping-related mishaps, etc. No replacement will be sent.


This terms and agreement is in effect once payment is received. It will be void only if the lenses are unopened, unused, and have been refunded.
